Today in History

Selamat Pagi, Siang, Petang, Malam!

Saya namanya Ramadhan Putera Djaffri.

Pertama adalah "The Safest Place On Earth" yang sekarang jadi milik Volgorian Nopales.

Nikmati dunia saya!

Prologue: Bonjour

Hello, I'm Ben and my last name is not necessary for you to know. This is the story of how I see the world and how I deal with it. They said this spot is the right place to keep a journal, so I'll do.

This place is called Bonjour. Wide open from 5 AM to 1 AM and located at the centre of this city, they never run out of costumer. Five to nine in the morning you will mostly see neat people in suit carrying a briefcase (or two), walking, talking, eating, drinking in a hurry. Morning tempo often makes me dizzy even when I'm just sitting on this corner. Then, until four in the afternoon the tempo is getting slower. The neat morning people often come again for lunch, but not that often. What might attract you during this interval is a girl who visits Bonjour to buy her breakfast at 1 PM on weekdays and 11 AM on weekends. This, I'll tell you later.

So, here comes the evening shift. It's as busy as the morning shift, but fortunately it doesn't make me sick. Evening tempo is much friendlier. Maybe it's because these neat people come for a different purpose; to relax, not to hunt. During this time of the day, you'll find even more interesting personas. Local musicians come at 6 and started playing - after a glass of beer or a cup of coffee - at 7.30. It's not scheduled, but I'm surprised of how conformity made it like it is now. Monday and Wednesday are blues nights. On Tuesdays, they play Top 40. Thursday and Saturday are a bit random, but mostly they got rock music blaring. Fridays - my favourite - bring you jazz and finally Sunday, the karaoke night.

The crowd usually stays until 11, leaving the midnight shift alone. A few neat people - that have lost their neatness because of alcohol consumption - stay at the bar, sleeping. Bonjour locks his doors on 1 AM, but let the KO-ed costumers to sleep inside to prevent them on getting robbed or murdered. That pretty much tells you about this incredible place, right? Let's review.

Bonjour (Open 5 AM - 1 AM)Italic
Monday: Blues
Tuesday: Top 40
Wednesday: Blues
Thursday: Rock
Friday: Jazz
Saturday: Rock
Sunday: Karaoke

Clear enough? It should be crystal now.

P.S. Sorry for the bad grammar, I'm not anything closer to your school brainiacs.
